Le Domaine de la Corniche *** is ideally located just 3 km from the beaches of Houlgate. Between Cabourg and Deauville, visit the remarkable 'Black Cow Cliffs.

The Apartments

All apartments are equipped with a living room, a double sofa bed and TV. Kitchen corner with microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a terrace or balcony.

Included in the price : Wifi access (low speed) outdoor parking (1 space per apartment depending on availability, reservation needed), baby equipment on reservation and depending on availability.
Entrance for the public swimming pool
The hot tub and the swimming pool of the residence are temporary closed until September included.

Key collection

Arrivals are from 5pm on Saturdays and until 7pm. Check-out is from 9am to 10am.

Payment Conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment: 1) Pay in 3 installments if booked more than 70 days prior to arrival: - 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival 2) Pay in 2 installments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: - 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival 3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival) - 100% at time of booking Additional Extras: - Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment - Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking.

Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained: - Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date: 45% of total accommodation cost - Between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 60% of total accommodation cost - Between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival date: 90% of total accommodation cost - 3 days or less prior to the arrival date: 100% of total accommodation cost

By car : From Paris : Take the A14, then A13 towards Caen, exit 29 towards Villers sur Mer then follow Auberville direction. At the first roundabout (restaurant/bowling "Hacienda" on your left), turn left, then right on Route de la Corniche. Continue 600m. The residence will be on your right. By train : Caen and Deauville train stations then take the Bus Vert. By plane : Caen and Deauville airports.
