Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find a regional bus for 1 Eur that will take you to Perpignan and along the entire Vermilion Coast up to Cerbère. From April, a maritime shuttle is available to explore the coastal towns.

The apartments

The three-star Port-Argelès residence, which has 252 apartments spread across buildings of 4 to 6 floors with elevator access, is located opposite the marina, in the heart of a pedestrian area. The residence offers a variety of fully equipped apartments, including a kitchen and dining area, television, and more, each with its own furnished terrace or loggia.

The beach center is easily reachable within a 15-minute walk via a pedestrian promenade or the cycling paths located 300 meters away.
The residence's facilities, such as its outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool heated from April to October, as well as its 400 m² solarium, promise entertainment and relaxation for everyone. Located directly on the marina and offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees, the residence also has 3 free, secure outdoor parking lots (not reservable and subject to availability).

Payment conditions

Madame Vacances offers you 3 payment solutions:
1) Pay in 3 installments, and pay only 10% at reservation (this payment facility is possible for any reservation made more than 70 days before the stay).
- 10 % at reservation, 10 % 2 months before arrival and the balance 1 month before arrival.

2) Pay in 2 instalments (provided you book more than 30 days before your stay).
- 30 % at reservation and the balance 1 month before arrival.

3) Pay in 1 time
-Any additional services added 30 days before the arrival date will be added to the final payment.
-Any additional services added after the last payment will be paid at the time of the addition.

For payments by check or vacation check the deposit must be made by credit card - Visa, Master Card, American Express and the 2nd and / or 3rd payment can be made by check or vacation check.

For reservations made at least one month prior to the arrival date, you must pay 30% deposit by credit card and the rest can be paid by check or vacation check.

For reservations made at least two months before the date of arrival, you must pay 15% deposit by credit card and you can pay the next 2 installments by check or check vacations.

Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount must be paid online, by credit card, at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation fees for bookings decided by the accommodation provider are as follows:

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:

- Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date: 45% of total accommodation cost

- Between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 60% of total accommodation cost

- Between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival date: 90% of total accommodation cost

- 3 days or less prior to the arrival date: 100% of total accommodation cost
