Résidence Carré Marine   

Location

The Carré Marine residence is located directly on the waterfront of Cannes Marina, on an island created by the Siagne river. Set in a vast green area, with two private marinas, the residence is a great spot to watch the boats as they sail between the marina and the Mediterranean.

In all apartments:
- Living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people and a TV.
- Kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 hotplates, mini-oven, electric coffee maker and storage space.
- Bathroom and WC.
- Loggia or terrace with garden furniture

Facilities

The swimming pool is open every day from 9am to 8pm, from April to October. Children's playground, petanque court and pingpong table, laundry room. For your convenience, we provide you with equipment (small appliances and baby equipment). Do not hesitate to ask at the reception desk for the different equipment available to. They must be returned to the reception on the day of check-out.

Mandelieu la Napoule

Mandelieu-la Napoule is a town full of nature, with the navigable Siagne river running through it. The town is surrounded by the breathtaking Massif de l'Estérel, Massif du Tanneron and Mont San Peyre.

Check-in

Check-in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher.

Late arrival (after 7 pm)

Please inform the reception or the reservations center in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Deposit

On arrival we require a deposit of 300Eu (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Payment Conditions

Madame Vacances offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 instalments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)

Cancellation Conditions

In case of cancellation the following amounts will be retained:
-Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the total amount
-Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
-Between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
-Less than 3 days: 100% of the total amount

By Train Cannes high-speed train station 8 km away
By plane : Nice-Côte d'azur international airport 35 km away
By Car On the A8 motorway, take exit 40 MANDELIEU-CENTRE (La Napoule / Théoule sur-Mer), continue on the Avenue de Cannes then at the roundabout "des Mimosas" take the second right "Avenue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny". Go straight on until the "Canardière" roundabout, take the first right, then at the next roundabout turn right: continue on "Avenue Gaston de Fontmichel" until the next roundabout, go straight on after about 250 m and then turn right on "Route de la Pinéa". The residence is located after the bridge, on the right.
