Location

The residence Lisa Maria is situated on the Côte de Nacre, on the eastern side of South Corsica, between the cities of Solenzara and Porto Vecchio.
The bay of Favone is a deep and protected bay where sailors stay to anchor in summer. From the residence, you can reach the beach of Favone Conca in 3 minutes walking. The residence, semi-pedestrian, has 83 air-conditioned mini-villas, built in hamlets.

All accommodations are equipped with:
- Fully equipped kitchenette : fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
- Living room area with sofa and television
- Air conditioning. - TV - Bathroom with bathtub or shower and toilet

Facilities

The residence has various facilities to relax and enjoy yourself:
- Unheated outdoor pool open every day from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM from May to the end of September
- Outdoor parking (subject to availability)
For your comfort, the residence Lisa Maria provides you equipment (small appliances, cleaning products and baby equipment). Please ask at the reception for more information. Any equipment lent must be returned to the reception on the day of departure.

Sari Solenzara

Welcome to your holiday home Lisa Maria in South Corsica, more precisely in Sari-Solenzara in the heart of the bay of Favone. Less than an hour's drive from the famous town of Porto-Vecchio.
Every summer, this charming bay welcomes boats of holidaymakers who have come to stop over on the east coast of the island and enjoy the beauty of the place. This deep and protected bay has many surprises for you and will not disappoint you.

Activities

During your stay on the Côte des Nacres, culture vultures will love exploring the typical villages of Conca, Sari and Solara, with their ancient streets and Genoese remains.

On the beaches of the bay of Favone, you can swim to your heart's delight, but also try your hand at water sports such as scuba diving, jet-skiing or canyoning (mainly in Conca). Want to cruise peacefully on the Mediterranean? Then get into a pirogue and go on an excursion in the bay to discover all its hidden spots.

Hiking lovers will also have the choice in this part of the island, as many paths link the coast to the mountains, especially at the Col de Bavella, along the Solenzara river.

Handover of keys

Check-in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher.

Late arrival (after 7 pm)

Please inform the reception or the reservations center in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Deposit

On arrival we request a deposit of 300Eu (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Payment Conditions

Madame Vacances offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 instalments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)

Cancellation Conditions

In case of cancellation the following amounts will be retained:
-Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the total amount
-Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
-Between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
-Less than 3 days: 100% of the total amount
