Vannes

Vannes is a city full of history and reflects the beauty of the Breton landscapes. This city will also allow you to discover the most beautiful bays of the world. The region offers beautiful hikes on the Gulf of Morbihan side.

Activities

The region offers various activities like hiking, sailing but also numerous museums, the wildlife sanctuary "Marais de Séné" and also lots of opportunities to visit places like the Largoet's stronghold or the city of Vannes with its fortifications.

Deposit

On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 300 euros (Visa, Euro Card, French Cheque) for your apartment. This will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure assuming there are no charges for breakages or additional cleaning.

Key Collection

Key collection is from 17:00. They can be collected from the reception on presentation of your travel voucher.

Late arrival (after 7 pm)

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Compulsory Charges

- Taxe de séjour (Local Tourist Tax) (1.25 euro/per day/per person)

Payment Conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 installments if booked more than 70 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 installments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)
- 100% at time of booking

Additional Extras:
- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment
- Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking

Cancellation Conditions

- If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival : refund of deposit paid
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the holiday
-Between 13 days and 8 days before arrival: 75% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time.
